confirm a booking within two days.
Prices
The following rental rates (in USD and GBP) are per week. They include taxes, gas and
electricity, but not pool heating, which is shown as a separate, additional charge. If you stay for
less than 1 week, rental is charged pro-rata, based on the weekly rate and there will be an additional
charge of up to $90 (approximately £56) for cleaning. Stays of more than two weeks and late availability bookings may
qualify for a discount (details available on request).

Methods of Payment
We can accept payment by cheque (in either US Dollars or GB pounds) or by credit card. We can also
accept international money orders and wire transfers. Please note that banks and credit card companies
charge for these services (only payment by cheque is charge-free). We will ask you to pay any charges
associated with your chosen method of payment.
Terms and Conditions for Rental of Villa Sirenia.
We try to rent-out our villa on the basis of a friendly agreement and mutual trust. After all, you will be
sending us money and we will be inviting you into our Florida home. However, we will be conducting a business
transaction, and it's important to have a clear understanding of the terms of that transaction. Please take
a moment to read our
Terms and Conditions, as all rental
agreements will be subject to these.
