The stunning new Villa Sirenia is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has an extended screened lanai with heated pool and spa-tub. The high-ceilinged, open-plan central living area has a spacious and relaxed feel.

From the living room with adjacent dining area an archway leads to the family room and adjoining kitchen and breakfast nook. Both the living room and family room look out onto the pool area through patio doors.

The master bedroom suite has a walk-in closet and superb en-suite bathroom including large shower, bath and twin vanity units. This spacious bedroom has a king-size bed, ceiling fan and cable TV. There are patio doors leading through to the pool area.

The 2nd (double) bedroom also has en-suite facilities and a door through to the pool. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and share a bathroom. Sirenia is ideal for 8 people, but can accommodate 10 if necessary (there's a double sofa-bed in the sitting room).

The freeform swimming pool is completely enclosed. Both the pool and spa can be heated, but this is definitely not recommended in the summer months. Heating is turned on or off by the management company by prior arrangement.

For the safety of young children and as required by Florida State Law, all doors leading to the pool are alarmed.

The villa is located in Tuscan Ridge, Davenport, just off Route 27. The community has a mixture of residential and holiday homes and is especially relaxed and peaceful, yet is just 15 minutes from Disney World and about 20 minutes from Universal and Seaworld.

The Gulf Coast and Busch Gardens, Tampa are approximately 1 hour's drive. The Atlantic Coast and Cape Canaveral are about 45 minutes. There are plenty of good shops and restaurants within easy reach.

Inside, you will find just about everything you need - towels, bed linen and a hair drier in each bathroom.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave oven, fridge-freezer (with ice maker), coffee maker, blender, etc. A large washing machine and tumble drier will make short work of your laundry if you prefer to travel light.

Villa Sirenia is supervised and maintained by a great management company that looks after both our property and our guests. KDB Services look after several villas on Tuscan Ridge. They know the area well and have an excellent reputation. You should find the villa in perfect condition, but if any problem does arise, KDB Services provide 24-hour emergency cover and will deal with it as quickly as possible.
